The initial geriatric consultation includes thorough history of the presenting problems, social history and lifestyle choices, review of background medical history and medications followed by a thorough physical, system specific and cognitive examination.

Information of previous hospitalisations, surgeries, imaging and other investigations is useful.

Based on the information gathered, a discussion about the differential diagnoses, and a management plan is generated along with a comprehensive letter to the referring doctor.

We provide face-to-face as well as tele-health appointments.

Review consultations primarily review progress of the condition and outcome of test results and suggested management plan provided at the initial consultation.

Payment in full is required on the day of appointment. Credit Card / EFTPOS is preferred, though cash and cheque are also accepted.

Fees depend on the complexity of your problem and time required for the consultation. An estimate of fees is available on booking. We submit your account for Medicare rebate to be refunded directly to your account.
