The first appointment takes between 45 minutes to an hour; follow up appointments are usually 30 minutes.
Please allow additional time to account for delays, as our patients often present with complex issues which may take a little longer than expected. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
You will receive an email and SMS reminder 5 days prior to your appointment, and will need to reply to confirm your attendance.
If you cannot attend or no longer need your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible on (08) 6118 6956 or reception.autumnstrides@gmail.com to reschedule or cancel. Administrative fees may apply for cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Payment in full is required on the day of appointment. Credit Card / EFTPOS is preferred, though cash and cheque are also accepted.
Fees depend on the complexity of each case and the time required for the consultation. An estimate of fees is available on booking.
Most of our appointments are eligible for a Medicare rebate. We can lodge the claim on your behalf, following payment of your account.
Yes. As with Medicare card holders, payment will be required in full on the day of the appointment.
