Our primary focus is on patients over the age of 65 years.
The gift of life brings colours, experiences, emotions, relationships and a journey – that we all make from waking to the awakening. Life has to be celebrated for its unique presentation and each person has a story, with mystery, adventure and much more.
The baby steps which a child takes, holding a single finger of a parent, gradually transitions into independence and partnerships, till roles are reversed and the supporting finger is that of the younger generation to their parents / next of kin, in completing the circle of life.
The season autumn appears for all and leaves change colour, supported by branches till they fall and reach the earth to return to nature, perpetuating it’s energy. This musical sound of leaves as they rustle in the wind, is quiet, private and often unheard.
AutumnStrides acknowledges the march of life and transition of time by supporting families to successfully make this journey with hope, courage and dignity. We help to make the journey better informed, and well supported through evidence based practice, with personalised care and holistic approach.
Our clinic offers a range of services including inpatient care at Hollywood Private Hospital, outpatient clinic appointments, telehealth appointments, nursing home visits, and referrals for early onset dementia syndromes, Parkinson’s disease, and related disorders.
