About Us

Dr Bharadwaj & Dr Kostova have trained as geriatricians in Australia and have established practices across metropolitan Perth. Their core practice includes comprehensive geriatric assessment, falls, frailty, multi-morbidity, bone health, extrapyramidal syndromes, dementia syndromes and behaviour management, continence care, capacity assessment, palliative symptom management in advanced organ dysfunction & end of life care, chronic pain management, medication rationalisation, deprescribing and holistic prioritization of quality of life.

They offer a range of services including outpatient clinics (face-to-face and telehealth), inpatient acute and subacute care / rehabilitation admissions along with nursing home visits.They approach focuses on individualised care, in keeping with best practice guidelines and evidence-based medicine, taking into account each patient’s unique priorities, background, and goals. Their commitment to patients is exceptional and supported by excellent communication skills, empathy and inclusiveness of the family as a unit.

Dr Bharadwaj is also attached to the Australian Alzheimer’s Research Foundation clinical trials division based at Hollywood Specialist Centre. Dr Kostova has expertise in continence care and end of life care, having completed a diploma in palliative care.

Dr. Sneha Bharadwaj

Dr Bharadwaj is a consultant geriatrician whose speciality interests include dementia syndromes, Parkinson’s disease and general geriatrics. Dr Bharadwaj undertook her specialist geriatrics training in Perth, at Fremantle Hospital. She also has further sub-specialty training in memory disorders and Parkinson’s disease at the Centre for Memory & Aging in San Francisco, and Toronto Western Hospital in Canada. Dr Bharadwaj has a public appointment at Fiona Stanley Hospital. She is the lead clinician of the Acute Care of the Elderly unit and is attached to the Australian Alzheimer’s Research Foundation clinical trials division. 

Dr Bharadwaj also provides consultation service for inpatients and outpatients at SJOG Murdoch Hospital and Hollywood Private Hospital.

Dr Bharadwaj is fluent in Hindi and Marathi, in addition to English. 

Dr. Dani Kostova

Dr Dani Kostova is a consultant geriatrician whose speciality interests include dementia syndromes, end of life care, and continence care. Dr Kostova undertook her specialist geriatrics training in Perth at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, with further sub-specialty training in palliative care and continence care. Dr Kostova has a public appointment at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital and Osborne Park Hospital. She also provides consultation service for inpatients at SJOG Murdoch Hospital and Hollywood Private Hospital, and provides consultations at residential care facilities around metropolitan Perth. 

Dr Bharadwaj is fluent in Bulgarian, in addition to English.
